Upon pick up, don’t be surprised if your kids don’t want to leave. This is a common situation, because they usually have so much fun that they want to stay!
We will ask for a photo I.D. and will be sure that anyone that is picking up is authorized to do so. Please be sure to put at least one authorized pick up person on your registration in the event that you are unable to pick up. Your child’s basket with their belongings will be returned to you and we will let you know about their time while you were gone.
Please make sure that you have all cups and other belongings before you leave.

For your convenience, you can register right online before coming in.
We do not charge a registration fee for drop in services, we just need all of the important info so that we can care for your child. Then, once you’ve registered, we just need the child’s legal parent or guardian to sign our policies and guidelines, and our release form. You can read our policies and guidelines here. For legal reasons, these forms may not be signed by anyone other than the child's legal parent or guardian.
If you are not able to come into sign these, please call and let us know, we can fax or email them to you. Contact us here.
If you would like to come in an look around before you drop your child off for the first time, you are more than welcome to do so. We just ask that you don’t visit during our busiest time, 11:00AM-1:00PM. However, if your schedule is such that these times are your only option, please don’t hesitate to come in and visit! We love adding new members to our Giggles Family!
