Please Complete All Steps Before Your First Visit

We accept children ages 12 months to 12 years.

The following applies to our Pelham Rd. location.

If you are already registered and you have changes you do NOT need to register again!

The following registration process needs to be completed before your first visit.  Your child’s Immunization record is then required to be updated annually. All forms must be completed and signed by the child’s parent or legal guardian, not a relative (Grandparent, Aunt etc).

STEP 1 Enter your family information

Please note you will NOT receive an email confirmation once you have completed this online registration.  Your information will go directly into our database.

STEP 2 Electronically Sign Paperwork 

This is required by South Carolina DSS. Click here to sign.

STEP 3 Immunization record for each child

This must be on an official South Carolina DHEC form, which is provided by most pediatrician’s offices.

You can have your pediatrician fax these directly to us at 864-751-5385

You do NOT have to have this record for your first visit, but it must be submitted to us within 30 days. Click here for more information.

For your convenience, you can register right online before coming in. 

We do not charge a registration fee for drop in services, we just need all of the important info so that we can care for your child.  Then, once you’ve registered, we just need the child’s legal parent or guardian to sign our policies and guidelines, and our release form. You can read our policies and guidelines here.  For legal reasons, these forms may not be signed by anyone other than the child's legal parent or guardian.

If you would like to come in an look around before you drop your child off for the first time, you are more than welcome to do so. We just ask that you don’t visit during our busiest time, 11:00AM-1:00PM.  However, if your schedule is such that these times are your only option, please don’t hesitate to come in and visit!  We love adding new members to our Giggles Family!
