A Little Bit About Us!
Giggles is a brand new facility designed specifically for the purpose of drop-in only childcare. We have created the layout to fit the needs of children from ages 12 months to 12 years. The areas of our center include:
- A toddler activity area with tons of things for the little ones to do
- An arts and craft area to allow creative expression
- A dress up area where kids can pretend to be whatever they wish
- A cozy reading area with books for all ages
- A commercial grade play structure completely safety certified for kids ages 2 and up
- A “Big Kid Room” for kids 5 and up complete with air hockey, Nintendo Wii, foosball table and more
Giggles was designed by a teacher and Mom with the needs of you and your children in mind. We provide only best care for your children while allowing you much needed time to do leisure activities. Once you try Giggles the only problem you will have is, getting your kids to leave!

Giggles is conveniently located in Howe Creek Landing only one block north of Mayfaire Town Center. We are only a moment away from the best shopping, dining and movies in Wilmington!
Staff:
All our staff is CPR/First Aid Certified and they have passed Criminal Background checks.
Important Information!
We accept children ages 12 months to 12 years only. If you would like your child to have a meal while at Giggles, you may either:
- Bring your own (no peanut products please!)
- Order one from us. Please realize that we do not prepare meals on site and must have your meal order 45 minutes prior to meal time; 11:15 for lunch and 5:15 for dinner. Just call ahead and let us know what to order!
Reservations are not required but are recommended as the center can fill up quickly.
Hourly Rates
- $8/hour for 1 child
- $12/hour for 2 children
- $15/hour for 3 children
- $18/hour for 4 children
Giggles Unlimited Plan!!
As most of you know we have been asking for your input a lot lately! We have tried to really listen to what all of our Giggles families want and need from us. This is a great opportunity for families to cut back and budget in these difficult economic times. You can have a set monthly amount for childcare!
- $175/month for one child
- $275/month for two children
- $325/month for three children
The way it works is really pretty simple. When you purchase your membership, you are able to use us as much as you like for childcare, while sticking to the NC state's definition of drop-in childcare. In return for this fantastic deal, we ask for a minimum two month commitment for your membership. After that you may cancel at any time with a 20 day written notice. Your membership will begin on the date of purchase and will renew the following month on the same date. A credit card is required to purchase your membership and will be charged each month on the renewal date.
We also want to remind our families that while this is an unlimited membership, you must stick to the time restraints set forth by the state of NC for a Drop-in Childcare center. The state recommends a four hour maximum per stay. You may go over on occasion but not repeatedly. We are not a full time daycare.
New Date Night Package
Ever wish that you could schedule a regular date night with your spouse or maybe a frequent girls night out with your friends? Now Giggles has a great new discount package just for you!
For the following low prices you will receive four “date nights” to use at your convenience anytime in a two month period any Monday through Friday after 5 Pm. Each ‘date night’ includes four hours of childcare as well as a pizza dinner for your children at a great savings!
- 1 Child $90 for the package of four nights (a savings of $54)
- 2 Children $150 for the package of four nights (a savings of $74)
- 3 Children $200 for the package of four nights (a savings of $84)
The packages are pre-pay only, which means that you pay for the whole package in advance. You must use all four nights with in two months of purchase or the package expires. |
